Plans for the 2008 16th annual Pan African Film & Arts Festival, scheduled to occur, February 7-18, 2008 are now underway and shaping up to be better than ever.

PAFF is the largest Black History Month event in the USA and the largest Black film festival in the country. PAFF also has the distinction of being an Official Event of Los Angeles Mayor Antonio R. Villaraigosa's Celebration of African American Heritage Month.
