The 2008 PAFF Filmmaker Awards will be announced on Monday, February 18, 2007 at 10 a.m. at the PAFF Annual Filmmaker Awards Brunch.
Film nominations for the 16th Annual Pan African Film and Arts Festival film
competition are selected by a jury of industry professionals, with the exception
of the audience favorite awards which will be based on the results of ballots
cast by festival filmgoers.
